Uhhh, fair-to-middlin', @hollydolly Still having vertigo symptoms at times. I'm over the bronchitis, thank goodness. Now if the room would just quit spinning when I lean over!
I know that I haven't been around much lately, so you may have already talked about this, but.....how is your blood pressure?

Ever since I went through menopause, my BP dropped and I get dizzy often. Something to consider.

What a scorcher today...temps were at 91 in the breeze.. and 95 in my car... sheesh... 🌞 🌞 🌞 🌞 gotta go back to the furniture warehouse at another date, they had to close early due to some technical hitches which mean they couldn't take orders... but it's absolutely enormous, so I'll make a point of going back....we had cold drinks in the lovely little pub hidden in the country lane near the airport... and then on the return journey we spotted a Vintage car fest going on..so we pulled in and had a little look see....

This is so sweet. My old 49 Pontiac never looked this good. ❤️

I may have missed this but you should have been in therapy for awhile. If you are just starting it may be hard on your recovery. I was on my feet the day of a hip replacement. I hear knees are much harder. @Alligatorob is about a year out and maybe able to give you good advice.

I look forward to my therapy. I started the afternoon after my surgery daily everyday for several hours a day.

Today we boarded the Battleship USS Iowa in San Pedro <https://pacificbattleship.com> It is now a museum, in the same way as the Aircraft Carrier Midway is a museum in San Diego <www.midway.org> We also visited the private Huntington Library in San Marino <huntington.org> that has 11 million items of which the Gutenberg Bible is the prime attraction. It was printed in 1455 and of the 48 surviving copies only 23 are complete. (Another great museum that we haven't visited for many years is the <getty.edu> that claims to be "the world largest cultural and philanthropic organization," and its villa that "houses Greek and Roman antiquities in a re-created Roman country home" <https://www.getty.edu/visit/villa>)

~Reorganized my first aid supplies & labeled some items
~Did some accounting for my son and me
~Went to the Crucial website and with the help of my son, attempted to order more RAM for my computer. Their website was cumbersome to navigate but they have the handy feature of scanning the computer and determining which part/model the computer needs. Turns out they don't have what I need for my iMac model. :cautious: My son said he's going to check other places.

Well, @RadishRose and @Trila, I don't have any of the symptoms of an ear infection but there may be some residual stuff from the sinus issues I had with the bronchitis... that's one thing that the GP can check.

As to blood pressure, mine always runs low, just naturally.
Mine does, too. That's why thought to mention it. Being dizzy is just a way of life for me now. Especially if I am standing and I try to look up at a top shelf or something.

I could have slept as long as I wanted to except that Maggiecat didn't want me to.

Gotta get myself going in the garden as soon as it's light outside. It's gonna be hot again.

Also gotta get the laundry started. And clean up the hovel. And eat breakfast. And. And. And. Geez. Maybe I won't do anything at all because I just wore myself out posting about all that needs to be done.

Welp, folks it's a scorcher outside...83F to start the day woweee...had a lot of probs last nite with breathing....today not
much to do, did a little bit of laundry last nite...dunno what else
I will get into, brain not awake, on first cuppa......catch u later...;)

Yesterday, I did my laundry and it is hanging in the bathroom still drying. Couldn't go outside due to the air alert to stay inside if possible. The smoke particles were at dangerous levels and to stay inside. The day was very overcast and had to use lights all day long. One of my goals for this summer was to go outside and sit in the sun daily and now can't even go for a walk. Taking Mullien extract as a preventive (respiratory) during this time. They said do not use your air conditioner or drive vehicles but it is way too hot to go without the air conditioner in my apartment. I figure I made it this far not following directions from what we are told to do, so what the heck. Its always something.......

That is so cool!!!

Went to Tesco travel bureau to buy some Euros. We're not going abroad for a while, but the exchange rate was reasonable. The heavens opened while we were in the store and within minutes, the car park was flooded. It didn't last long and we got away with soggy feet.

I'm making elderflower cordial this afternoon.
