It's morning again. Friday, I think. And it's gonna be hot and sunny. After work there are flowers that want to be planted.

Yesterday, DD had a dying tree cut down from her front yard. We're waiting to see how long it takes DSIL to notice.

Morning appt. w/ neurologist to renew medical marijuana license (among other reasons to see him) Afternoon appt. with my medical marijuana 'dealer.' Even though a license in NYState is no longer necessary in general, the 'dealer' I use, a big outfit I understand, gives 10% discount & delivery for having one.

The birdies woke me up again at 4:45,put on the fan and went back to sleep until 5:45
On my early walk at 6:15,walked to buy NYT,temp already 65, came back to water plants in our garden
After breakfast I walked 3 blocks to local co op{I'm a member} to get couple items. I figure do it now because its going to be another hot/ humid day here
I have no other plans for today, stay cool in my apt with my fans

Sitting and trying to digest what my surgeon just told me: I have bladder cancer! I chose regular checks (and treatment) to ensure I stay reasonably comfortable over radiation treatment which might prolong my life a bit. Please, don't feel sorry or treat me differently in any way! We all have to go and I am prepared for it! Just sharing with some who have become friends in my mind!
You are a brave practical and honest man.

Yesterday I went an looked at a mobile in a park. So today, I'm thinking WTF and if I'll ever find anything. This place was a hot mess. A 1997 but even my agent said it presented as older. Areas of the floor seemed uneven. There had clearly been, or still is, a leak under one of the bathroom sinks, deck in poor shape siding missing, paint missing on the outside and spongy areas on outside trim. My agent said it's over priced. I don't know what idiot will buy that place. Also telltale air fresheners inside. Trying to mask something?

The pest and dry rot alone is going to cost $$$$ But everyone thinks they can put a place on the market and it will sell. My agent thinks the mobile prices are softening. I hope so. It's been on the market a month and they reduced by 10 grand. Now I know why. I don't expect it will sell soon.
My friend called a realtor to look at a mobile home on their site. Turns out the owner was renting it to someone and when he told him he was selling it and he would have to move the renter poured cement down the toilet and all the sinks. It is still listed. Not sure if the renter was arrested for that but seems like he should be.

Wanna see a picture of Pixie, my youngest little grandfurkid chihuahua ..she's 13 but as active as tho' she were 6...

Up & about ,Mac had a morning run at terrorizing the woodchucks.

He usually runs full speed to their den area, this. morning , he stopped .
Than slowly walked (sneaking ) towards their area.

He always looks disappointed that they aren't out so he can 'play' with them.
Silly dog has a lot to learn about wild critters.

Not sure if today will see me using the weed whacker.
More weeds need cut down by the back porch & where we walk with the dog..

I saw another garden snake this morning.
Too bad there isn't some way I could mark them.
Would like to know how many are around the house.

I am guessing this is different one than the one I found with a frog in its mouth.
