What are you doing today 2023

It's verrry windy today... it's been a challenging morning thus far. The Venetian blind broke in my office room... and one string broke, and now I have a big gap in the middle of these horizontal blinds where one slat has snapped away from the strings

Then I noticed that I couldn't see the grass on the lawn because it was deep in Laurel leaves.. so I had no option but to go out and mow it all up.... however working in the winds.. meant that when i finished, I actually couldn't get my breath..I really felt poorly. A mix of being out of condition and lack of breath... just left me gasping for about 10 minutes

Just waiting now for a delivery to arrive...

The cleaning fairy didn't show up, again last night!!!!

I don't think I can wait much longer.....I'm running out of coffee cups!

Well, I guess I had better get started.

Got no sleep last night. Went to bed after midnight, home late from Thanksgiving. Not used to being active at this time. The kittens 🐈 🐈‍⬛ were so excited to see me they fought each other who gets the chance to lick me first. It wasn't fun, I was in no mood. Their tongues so sharp my tender skin actually injured. Gave up the battle at 3 am. Then, the strangest thing. Overtired. Felt out of place everywhere I go, felt like never leaving my home again. Felt like a stranger to all but myself. Not felt, feel.

I'm not used to being with so many people two days in a row. Maybe I'll never go out again except for maintaining my existence.
 
Waiting on delivery of new CPAP machine. Mine broke 2 months ago. Have locked up kittens in a bedroom. Concerned about their safety with doors opening. Hope they don't have to wait too long. Hope I don't have to wait too long. Supposedly delivery between now & 1 pm.

Maybe I'll sleep better. Wonder how cats will react to tubes & a plug up my nose! I don't use a mask.

Couldn't the leaves wait a day or two until it was less windy? I hate that the job made you feel bad! 😢
 
Still waiting for the delivery to arrive.. started off it was supposed to be here between 12.15 and 1.15..then that changed to ..the driver has had to make more stops.. expect parcel between 2.45- 4.15pm... then that changed again..saying 5.30pm and 7pm...

Now the tracker is saying he's about 4 roads away... but no updated ETA... ( it's 5.30pm now)

Oh, I'm sure that was a strange feeling to experience!!! May I suggest that you do not turn into a complete hermit?

Just tone down the visiting. This way, you won't miss out on all of the hugs (and good food!), but can still enjoy your "alone" time.

The kittens (names???) will adapt quickly.....they just want YOU!!! LOL

I hope you sleep better....if it ever actually arives! 😉
