What Did You Have For Breakfast?

I eat the same thing for breakfast almost everyday: one boiled or microwaved egg, one toast with almond butter and avocado, one glass of protein powder mix, one small portion of fruit(1/3 of a grape fruit or <10 blue berries, etc), sometimes I also have a cup of coffee.
Could you share how you microwave your egg and is it good?
 

1. Stir one egg with 1/2 to 1 spoon of water in a bowl (less water or no water if you prefer the egg more solid).
2. Heat the egg in microwave oven, medium or medium high power for 1 minute
3. Stir the egg again
4. Heat in microwave for another minute ( or shorter/longer depending on your microwave wattage.)
5. You now have a scrambled egg by microwave, add salt, olive oil or other seasonings of your choice.
