What Do You Eat for Breakfast?

when I have a flare
Yes, I should have clarified that my flares can be months or even years long. I had trouble as a younger person which came up again when I entered my 50's.

But again, it's been a couple (few?) years now that I've been better and I'm hoping I won't have to deal with it again. ...I can hope. :)

I didn't strictly follow the Low FoodMaps, but changed by diet completely including some LFM foods, but not all, until I was feeling better. Then slowly reintroduced foods.

I'm sorry you have been having to deal with this. It's rough and I feel for you. ❤️

This morning it was two slices of whole wheat, one with avocado and one with sugar free jam. An orange, a Honeycrisp apple and a string cheese.

I had a fat free Greek yogurt as well, but haven't felt like eating it as yet.

Me too, @Pepper, love bagels! They are calorie and carb bombs, but so delicious! Sometimes I sub half a bagel for two slices of whole wheat. So worth it! ;) 1000_F_456913430_GBUjYyP5gsb4HQBh8lanJENjYgE0vPG0-3741047019.jpg
