What exercise have you done today?

One mile walk at a park this afternoon. Have not been
going to my local gym lately much at all. I like to walk.
It suits me well..
I didn't bother with renewing my gym membership this year as I prefer walking and using my exercise stuff at home. Actually, I was gifted a step box today. I had one years ago but it was quite big and I gave it away when I joined the gym. The new one is more compact and I have already tried it out, all I need now is the glittery work-out gear and a big hairdo! :)

 
The last time I did dead lifts with 80 KG my back complained for several days afterwards. So this time I did them with 70 KG.

15 single lifts at 3 minute intervals. And I was surprised how easy they were! I must be getting stronger!. Then when I went to put away the weights I noticed I had mistakenly loaded the bar to 60K instead of 70. :mad:

For about a second and a half I thought "Maybe I should do some extra to make up for this". Then I decided nah, this is going to have to do for today.

Later on that afternoon I walked 2 miles on the nature trail.
