What exercise have you done today?

Ok. Is this a market that set up in California from the people of Thailand?
No, PeppermintPatty, I am simply an American expatriate currently living in Thailand. I left California in February of 2019, so I have been here in Thailand for almost five and a half years. Hence, I live in Thailand, but I am not from Thailand.

Today we walked 3.4 kilometres.
It was 20 degrees Celsius and partially cloudy.
Thank you John for informing me that I got the wrong thread.

This morning was a nice walk in the rain. Yes we got soaked but it was still lovely.
We walked 3.8 kilometres around a provincial camp site. Campers were just getting up as we passed by. Here’s one of the tents.

I'm getting the rest of the clothes hangers and clothes off of my exercise bike so I can start to use it again. I'm hoping it will get rid of the last of the left-over sciatica problem that remains.
I'm not quite ready to get back on my exercise bike yet. I'll have to wait until I recover from my slight mishap.

It’s been hitting the 110’s the last few days. I have had to cut short rides and hikes by 7a because it was passing 90F. I starting using my free gym membership (from plan G) to do isometrics and also figure out my cycling speed. I simulated a short 6 mile ride on the stationary and averaged almost 15mph. That seems right given my average distance traveled and time on the real path. And half my circuit is an up-grade IRL, so harder pedaling!

It's just after midnight so this is for yesterday, which I didn't get a chance to post about. I went up and down the stairs to the laundry room, which is tiring. Before it got too hot (I had to leave by 7:15), I walked to Planet Fitness and used the treadmill for just 25 minutes. It was very hot and they only had fans going. Since it was supposed to feel like almost 100 by 9 a.m., I wanted to get back home before it got that hot so I didn't use more machines like I normally would. It was the first time I'd been in weeks. Even getting the clothes in and out of my dryer is exercise for me since it involves lifting, bending and more bending.
