What exercise have you done today?

Dead Lifts.

At 4 minute intervals

60 KG X 4
70 KG X 3
80 KG X 2
90 KG X 1
92.5 KG X 1
92.5 KG X 1
92.5 KG X 1
92.5 KG X 1
92.5 KG X 1

Added one more lift than I did last time. I'm going to try to add one more each time I do these until I get to 10 with 92.5 KG.

Then I'll increase the weight to 95KG and start back over with 4. See if I can build back some of the strength I've lost over the years. Think I can do it? I don't. But what else have I got to do?

We just joined a fitness center near the house. We have a gym within our community but it is rather small. This center is much larger and it has rowing machines which are my favorite equipment. So far so good. I dislike the atmosphere of the gym so I get there really early with my husband. We then have the place practically to ourselves. His objective is to be more flexible. Mine is to row, row, row!

How long are your row sessions ? I have a rower that i use, but IMO it is just so damn boring ..........

@rgp
I used to do 30 minutes per day 6 days a week and used the treadmill for one hour. However, we moved and I never used again around here. I missed it terribly but I do not have the room for one in my present house. Very few gyms have it around here until recently this one near me offered it. I only went 4 times so I am building up right now. I am doing only 15 minutes right now. I do not find it boring for that amount of time, I might change my mind in the future as I will increase my time progressively to I hope one hour.
At the last gym, I listened to music.

I gave up on trying to increase the weight. I'm just going to try to hold the line as long as I can. Back in early 2014, about 10 and 1/2 years ago I was able to do my deadlift workout with single reps at 110 Kg. Now I'm down to 90Kg. So I've lost quite a bit since then. Getting old sucks.:(

Still going to the gym. Up to 20 minutes on the rowing machine plus the use of different equipment to firm my body. I am definitely feeling my age but enjoying the results!
Meanwhile I am still doing my YouTube exercises videos at home for a little over one hour.

I've been walking 3 miles every morning since May 21st, most of these with a neighbor.
The days that he doesn't go I charge around the course going faster, but still mostly walking.
I'm still walking 3 miles every morning, most of these with a neighbor. He hadn't done
any running since high school, except for us occasionally running to cross a busier street,
but recently started running 12x100m with me which we've continued doing for the last 5 Saturdays.

We also added some running last Tuesday through the neighborhood, but his knees started hurting
since he's not used to running much yet. We're going to add some running to our walking again this Tuesday.

I've been doing a 6' warm up before heading out each morning, in the hallway, on the arc trainer,
elliptical, or the treadmill. Plus I do leg swings, squats and other exercises periodically through the day.
