Still sick but manged to :studied and practiced Taichi / Qigong for an hour. 18 Shibashi. 115 minutes on treadmill.
Today was just the opposite. I've been stuck at the computer all day (work deadlines). I did my 12-minute treadmill walk but no workout video.Busy day today. . . I didn't get to the treadmill, but I did squeeze in my 10-minute YouTube fitness video. That's better than nothing, I guess.
I think 200lbs is a good weight for a grown man and it appears to be your set weight. My husband and son would be thrilled to get down to that.200 lbs even this morning. Walked 2 miles on the nature trail. According to his link it's 2.1 miles, but I count it as an even 2.
