What exercise have you done today?

I keep thinking I should take a day off from toning, but I just don't want to. It's part of my routine and sets me up for the rest of the day. I mean, I'm alternating upper and lower body toning, so it should be fine.

The dog walks (or treadmill) continue. Yeesh, it's getting cold.

I vote that you keep the momentum going. I absolutely love ❤️ 😍 💖 ❣️ 💕 💘 ❤️ my time at the gym.

Apparently I cannot live there.

I'm doing strength building now so I really have to take rest days 😴 💤 🛏
 

We don't typically use those muscles in average adult life. I have strong muscles elsewhere but those pull-up muscles are currently asleep.
I found out last summer playing with the grandkids at the park that I could not do pull-ups. I have been working towards doing them so I could keep up with the kids on the monkey bars. This summer is am able to do 2 but cannot carry my weight across the monkey bars 😲, my shoulders cant take it 😫
 
Bench Presses at 3 min intervals

I'm doing these every third day now. Next time I'll go to 60 KG X 2 on the last set.
