If you were living on the west coast, I would almost swear you probably were dealing with Les Schwab. Those bandits won't do squat unless they make a sale on you. And frankly I would never trust them to work on a vehicle, after one incident where they didn't think the front hub needed to be replacing. Even though it was sitting about 10° off

Gateway tire is a franchise and right up the street. Tire & Muffler has helped me out a few times and I bought my front tires there a month or so back.

I was doubly disappointed with the store manager, because the store manager is a woman. I gave her a lot more credit than just glossing over what I said, but that’s OK. I’m sure I’ll have to go back in there again and even if it’s a couple years from now, I will remember and I will get in her face about it. The cigarette she constantly has dangling out of her mouth has probably fogged her brain up.<——-brain fog
