Thanks for your concern.. Yes I need a very long ladder to get up onto the roof, it's pitched roof as well so I can't actually stand on the roof much as it would make life easier if could... ..I have to do these things myself now the O/H has gone.. fortunately I don't suffer dizzy spells.. but I do find it's harder to get up and down from the ladder than ever before.. I seem to find the rungs much further apart when I'm coming down..As someone who now has vertigo and a lot of dizzy spells From three concussions, PLEASE be mindful of that for yourself.
You may have no idea of how wobbly you might be until you try to climb something more than a stepstool and find out you can’t. Believe me, that is a sinking feeling to know you can’t do your own stuff, but it’s not worth losing your balance and falling off the ladder, as I trust when you use the term “barn roof” you need more than a two-step stepstool
BTW, the bee stings lasted ~3-1\2 days relieving the arthritis in my hand. If I thought I could direct them to the spot in my lower back, I might go stand at the other pipe gate and hammer away. Turns out this is a very old remedy in parts of the southeast United States. The project manager of my new pest control company said his grandfather had rheumatoid arthritis and raised honeybees. When the pain in his hands got so bad, he would go get a couple of honeybees and let them sting him in the hand to relieve the pain for a few days.

dya know what PT...I never even considered asking the Insurance company, that's worth a try... I'll do that, see what they say ...I have used spray adhesives and Silicone on Roofs that got hit by a branch from a tree, they break and big end basically
falls 1st to ground cause it heaviest and thas how gravity works a lot of the time. That heavy end can do lots of damage
but Doll thas how you fall too!
Your months from moving a ladder, hauling a Step ladder. Just call a handyman and tell him urgent and you're hurting.
Your insurance company will send one to you now, not next monday.
There are company's that spray roofs . ......
LOL..I admire your confidence ...but I don't know that I have confidence in our British insurance companies, but we'll see....They will be there in the morning to look it over and give you options, that adjuster know stuff.
Your taxes paid, they paid at due date, they not gonna ignore a huge property claim due to
thems lack of ability to get it fixed. They know who they want doing stuff too.
Well, went nuts and bought more Amazon items. Not a long list, but another $500 I'm having to pay off.
Now I'm wondering who I should torture. I have a Doogee phone, can tolerate t-mobile (barely) at 4G. Otherwise it's useless.
Anyway, more fun and games
No that's the problem with this phone it won't work on anybody but T-Mobile. I've done a web check IMEI check and it always comes back that T-Mobile can handle it but only at 4G.I had to google a Doogee phone
What caught my eye was the fact that you have T-Mobile. I hate them and the reason I hate them is I literally crushed my skull open a year ago under the overhang of the barn. I heard my skull crack open. I could barely get up, but I knew I had to because I had to have my husband to the cancer center for his treatment in four hours.
T-Mobile was not worth the powder to blow it to the next county and back. I could not get a signal, not even under the overhang, and wide open on three sides.
I switched back to Verizon, who, while they tiss me off with how much money they charge, I can at least get a signal under the overhang and also inside the metal barn.
My point to saying that is T-Mobile is worthless. I wouldn’t be so quick to throw your new phone under the bus. You might try switching to Verizon first if you can afford the upfront cost to change.
