What shoes do you wear daily?

I recently bought a pair of those slip on Skechers.

Good Lord, I'll live another ten years now. LOL.
As a person who own several pairs of sketchers... lace ups and slip-ons, the only thing I find is that they don't last very long.. they're not cheap, and I feel they should last a lot longer than they do, particualrly the slip on style..

Although I have small feet, they’re noisy little buggers. You can hear me coming. All my thumping about wears down the heels so I’m replacing them often. They’re also tender little tootsies. At a closing sale I bought four pairs. Two pairs are a kids size. Kids don’t usually have great quality shoes, though no one but an adult wearing these would know that they’re not. The soles are thin. This is true of the pair of leather ballet flats. They’ll be fine indoors. They’re not designed for my daily walking.

I just bought a pair of Skechers step-ins to replace an older pair. I tend to wear down the interior on the back left.

I used to have a pair of hooker heels for every dress I wore to work. No more.

1. Skechers slip ons in the house. They are my slippers. I need some sort of sole if I have to go after the dogs in a hurry.

2. Somebody’s not-so-cheap tennis shoes with a lot of support when I go to town.

3. Muck Brand shoes with prescription inserts for anything I do outside and at the barn.

4. Ariat side zipper over-the-ankle shoes when I have to mow or bush hog.

Just saw a YouTube video that talked about feet and wearing the right shoes. The doctor, who used to be a ballerina and triathlon athlete, even had toe exercises to do. Thought it would be appropriate here. Now I'm rethinking what shoes to wear. One thing for sure, she gives good reasons not to wear heels.

i presently have plantar fasciitis. apparently i was wearing the wrong shoes while standing in a kitchen for six hours. Coworkers recommended Skechers, Asics, Kizik brands. Nope. not working.

I have done the exercises, the ice, the stretches..

right now i am wearing Clarks sandals.

Everyone is like u have to go to the Good Feet store. Well i learned that the people who fit you have no formal training, it's just a job for them and they cost between $300-500. Waiting for an appt with podiatrist.
