Sounds like a quick tuna casserole!For lunch boiled some rotini pasta in a rectangular Pyrex dish, drained, added a can of tuna fish, mayonnaise, salt, then mic-d a couple minutes more. Now while typing, eating for lunch with some milk.

Aussies rarely eat mutton ….its mainly used in small goods because of its high FAT content , and its tough because of being older sheep , some hotels serve mutton stew type dishes in winter.

I haven’t seen mutton in supermarkets for years,….. but even if I seen it I wouldn’t buy it it’s way way to high in fat content for me

Mutton is the meat of an older sheep, usually aged between two and five years. Being a matured meat, mutton has a generous Fat …. content and brings with it a depth of flavour that younger lamb simply hasn't had the chance to develop.
