What's for dinner ( or lunch )

Today unusually for a Sunday lunch...I had beans on toast with grated cheese on top.. and a sugar free Strawberry jelly (jello)
 

I skipped breakfast, so lunch was a bowl of oatmeal with dried cranberries and unsweetened applesauce. I'm trying to avoid scooping pure sugar into anything.
 
Well what we'll have is the result of the experiment I made yesterday. I made a 14" pizza using Anita's Pizza & Pasta Flour. Indeed, the crust turned out exceptional, at least in my experience. I topped it with olive oil, homemade tomato sauce, powdered parmesan cheese, lots of thin-sliced onions, sliced olives, minced artichoke hearts, oregano, grated cheddar, and crumbled goat-feta.

DW is expected to arrive home in about 90 minutes. So we'll have the reheated remainder (lion's share) of the pizza. I predict she'll find it delicious.
