Having hamburgers tonight?

After a very long, busy, exhausting day, all I did was pop a Jimmy Dean "breakfast bowl" (eggs, etc.) in the microwave, and had a strawberry-cranberry juice afterward.

Tonight I had 2 cod fillets and beans.....

Oh don't get me wrong.. I love to cook, but my new apartment has an electric stove and I still can't figure it out..

I love Vol-Au-Vents...I usually fill them with Tuna and mayo.... but I rarely have them because as you say, they're really fattening

In my case it's toothache that's the problem. The rest of the family all have some nasty lurgy that's laid them all low, with general flu like symptoms for one child, and a nasty cough and throat for my wife and the other child.

Luckily the dentist was open today, so I went to see him and he's given me a prescription for antibiotics. The trouble is that if I take them I can't drink so I'm surviving on painkillers today, and I'll start on the antibiotics tomorrow.

well I've had 2 dinners tonight....

The neighbours brought around a new years eve dinner for me... this...

2 types of ham, one boiled, and one spiced... brussels, baby potatoes, runner beans , mashed buttery spuds and onions , broccoli cheese

Clearly I couldn't eat it because I already had dinner.. so I did try a taste of the runner beans and they are delicious... but I've had to put the dinner away , in the fridge for tomorrow.

Neighbour asked if I;d be going to bed early ,because she's got cake to bring around.. I told a white lie and said I would be..so she said she'd bring it tomorrow instead lol...
