Whats For Dinner/Supper ?

I try to steer clear of processed foods but "Paul Newman's Frozen Pizza with Sourdough Bread Crust" caught my eye in the grocery isle as I've never seen that before. And 100% of the purchase price goes to charity for children. WOW!

I chose the Pepperoni pizza and added mushrooms, onions, red bell peppers, garlic, and basil. With all that added, it needed more cheese. Get this, I had leftover Camembert cheese so I used that lol. When it came out of the oven I drizzled a little olive oil on the Sourdough crust. The Crust was absolutely DELISH!!

The whole thing was great but a lot of food. The melted Camembert cheese was rich but yummy. One piece was plenty and I gave the rest to my son.
You ate ONE PIECE of PIZZA?😳
I usually have 2 pieces of a medium sized pizza. I LOVE sour dough and giving to charity. Good stuff Lara.

Hey @PeppermintPatty Ive just picked some of the Silver Beet that’s regrown to cook tonite to put in / on omelettes I’m making for our tea / evening meal .

Im going back in the kitchen now ….and cooking the onion sprinkle of fresh parsley capsicum all out of my garden
heavens knows how a got red capisum over winter …anyway I will add a bit of chopped bacon and tomato
to pan / mix ….to top omelettes and with a bit of grated cheese it will be plenty enough for us

I usually just wash and pre cook the SB in the microwave before adding to omelette when I’m only cooking a tiny amount like this

Thanks Kadee,
That Silver Beet looks something like we have only named differently. It’s not something I eat however so couldn’t say what it really is. I think it’s Bok Choy but not certain.

I happen to love making omelettes. My husband never makes omelettes but likes the omelettes I make for him.

Not many people have omelettes for dinner on this side of the pond but I do. Thank you for showing me how you use silver beet.

I just put a tray of turkey meatballs in the oven, a few for me and a few for the freezer.

I’m not a big fan of ground turkey so I add a dollop of Better Than Bouillon beef paste along with some minced baby Bella mushrooms, etc…
That's a good idea, AB. I'm not that big on ground turkey either.
As for yesterday's humidity.... it was brutal!
