I found this website/blog that contains wonderful recipes, so I am experimenting! I reproduced 2 recipes already and they were both a great success. It was easy and fast!
1. Chicken breast cooked with fresh tomatoes, fresh spinach leaves, a few herbs, a little onion, topped with heavy cream, sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
2. Fresh tomatoes slices, dill pickles, small diced onion, diced avocado, diced bacon, cooked ground beef. All of that presented on a bed of romaine lettuce served with your choice of dressing.
Each meal were followed by fresh fruits for dessert.
