I loved his work - Hopscotch in particular. A brilliant movie, I thought.Walter Matthau was one who participated.
Wow. That is exciting!Albert Einstein. Many others, but to me, he was the most famous.
Einstein was famous for asking questions that did not relate to physics. He asked me if I intended to become a doctor after I graduated from nursing school. The answer was an emphatic, no!Wow. That is exciting!
A boss of mine attended Princeton and told the story of his roommate sitting next to Einstein at an event. Einstein took the opportunity to ask the roommate questions about how his car engine worked.
ewwwww.. handsome and sexy... did you have dark glasses on....ewwwww.... !Did I mention before I met Bill Clinton in 1992 and when I shook his hand and we spoke I almost fainted because he was so tall, handsome and sexy? I couldn't speak I was so thrilled and sweaty, but luckily my little boy struck up a conversation about some type of scientific conductor that was proposed. Bill gave my son a lot of time seriously discussing it with him. We have his autograph.
I met a ton of famous people. It's fun.
Einstein ?... WoW ! Now that's something to tell.....Albert Einstein. Many others, but to me, he was the most famous.
Holly, when he shook my hand I turned to Jello and started hearing his voice like it was far away! Luckily my little son still had all his brains and was not foolish like his mother! 1992 Bill Clinton so ultra hot!ewwwww.. handsome and sexy... did you have dark glasses on....ewwwww.... !
Loved Troy Donahue!Knew Troy Donahue when his name was still Merle Johnson. He appeared in our local production of Stalag 17.
Sorry, but if someone was ultra hot (in my male view), it was Monica L.Holly, when he shook my hand I turned to Jello and started hearing his voice like it was far away! Luckily my little son still had all his brains and was not foolish like his mother! 1992 Bill Clinton so ultra hot!
You're right about that. I lived in Hollywood for two stretches from '68--'84, first in Laurel Canyon, then in Hollywood on Cherokee Ave. You never knew who you'd run into.Growing up in So Cal at a time when ‘STARS!’ Earned good money but not the tens and hundred of millions and millions they do todayI ran into many of them from time to time. So they lived among the rest of us, usually in a bigger house maintained by all sorts of people they could afford to pay. One big name comedian lived down the street from me. He had a lot of very NICE cars which fascinated we young guys on the block.
Often their child went to school with me, or they shopped at the department store where I worked. Once in a while I just saw them eating with friends at a local restaurant. They put their pants on one leg at a time like the rest of us. I never bothered them for autographs. I dated a gal whose cousin was a big name in the Bikini Beach movies of the 60’s.
Ho humm…. Can we talk about something interesting now, like the PhD who serves me burgers at the fast food restaurant?
