A girl is using a restroom stall & becomes frightened when a guy tries to open the door. She tells her father that someone tried to break in to the stall while she was in there. The father beats the guy to death & plea bargains down to an 8-year prison sentence.
I've been in a restroom stall & someone has tried the door - not to break in, but just to use the stall, not knowing I was in there. Sometimes it's hard to see that someone is in there, depending on the design of the stall. I've also experienced the same thing while trying on clothes in a fitting room. Maybe that's what happened in this incident. I think the idiot father's lawyer gave him good advice to plea bargain; he could have been sentenced to 15 years to life.
