I understand your desire to have them home. It is very important to have them come home in good health. If not, there will be many vet visits, which can be a lot of money, so much worry over your babies. It may be delayed but will be better if they don't come to their Mom until they are perfectly healthy.Hi Diva, my grandson is fine now. It was scary. When I was a kid my temp went up to 106! It must have been a Tuesday night, as my sister was so worried about me she didn't watch the Milton Berle show!
I didn't make it up. I am very intuitive. There is a problem with all six of the kittens in the litter. They are mostly being held back from adoption due to colds & etc. I don't know how long the delay will be. I'm asking for them anyway. My son is involved. We'll see. I won't take too long. I want kittens, babies, not juveniles. I'll wait up to a week only, but want them this Saturday as originally promised.
So, it wasn't a mental health issue for me. It's a knowing stuff without solid evidence thing for me. I know stuff in advance. I question myself because I'm surprised at the truths I come up with.
I adopted a puppy from a shelter. We always assume everything is okay at that point. She came home with a skin condition that required many vet visits and medications. Of course she got all the care she needed. If it was needed now it would be hard, I don't have that kind of energy. She has never had any health problems since, she is laying right beside me 13 years later. She goes to the vet once a year for her physical, medications and teeth cleaning.
