I had a broccoli, yellow pepper, cheddar cheese omelette with a slice of 12 grain toast and butter. And a cup of peach green tea mixed with black tea and soymilk.

Same, but I do it to control blood sugar.That's great. I record my calories and carbs most days, too. I aim for less calories per day as I am trying to lose.

I love pizza but was never one to eat it eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a week, yes!! So far, just had a slice of 12 grain toast but the tummy is acting up. The fridge is full of yummies but the tum says not, not yet. Damn the tummy!!I had a slice of pizzafor my breakfast this morning
