45 minutes on a spin bike, never lower than 30 kph and sprinting at 45 kph and then a 20 minute stretch. Weekend off and begin again on Monday!2x31' on indoor bike, and 2x31' on rowing machine.
Tomorrow will be a walk with a neighbor.
