What exercise have you done today?

I go to the gym 3 days a week. I work with a PT who helps me with working out on the machines and free weights. For the past 2 weeks, I have been working on my lower body. I have been using the leg press and leg extension. My hamstrings have really been tight, most likely due from sitting and not jogging because of the cold weather we had here in northern Florida. I try to do my stretches everyday, but some days I am just lazy.

1-mile walking workout on Thursday, then I took yesterday off. Back at it today; I'm going to shoot for the 2-mile workout, but we'll see. I just broke from my trying-to-eat-healthy diet and snarfed down some mini donuts (which I almost never eat: so much sugar and trans fats!), so I really need to do the 2-mile one.

I know....not big deals as exercise goes, but it's more than I've gotten in several days.
That sounds good to me, @OneEyedDiva! It's activities like those that help.

I've been so stressed with deadlines lately that I've been bumping my exercise down to virtually my last priority, which is not good.

I did do a 1-mile walking workout yesterday. It's only 15 minutes (but pretty comprehensive, using lots of muscle groups), but I suppose it's better than nothing, right? I'm getting anxious today, too, because of deadlines, so I'll probably at least try to work in another 1-mile workout.

I've lost some weight, but some of this excess abdominal fat does not seem like it wants to go anywhere, darn it. I'll keep at it.

I'm back to about 95% of where I was before I injured my right rotator cuff a year ago. I started by rehab last March with 15 sets of 10 with just the 20KG bar and slowly increased the weight and dropped the reps over the past year. I'll probably stick with this workout for a while.

1.3 mile walk of the nature trail in the morning.

2 Mile walk around the neighborhood in the afternoon.

My workout room is all tore up. The kitchen sink drain pipe rotted out and they had to bust up the basement concrete floor to get at the pipe so they can replace the bad section. There's mud and concrete rubble at one side of the room, and the carpet is pulled up. It looks like hell.

I think I'll drag the decline weight bench over to a clear area so I can get a workout this evening. It won't be pleasant in the midst of all that mess.

2+ miles on the elliptical machine followed by the remainder of my shoulder/lats/chest workout from yesterday. Then walked for a bit around the lake. Tomorrow will be arms and legs.
