I also have less than average organizing skills. It's always a challenge for me, so I understand how disappointing slow results can be.Perhaps some late January-March storms will arrive to save the day by bumping snowpack and rainfall amounts to at least average levels. The long range forecast shows possible rain Jan 14-19; maybe at least some will come to fruition.
Stocked up on fresh veggies yesterday, hallelujah! Surprise - the store had big bins of beautiful peaches and nectarines, but at $2.99/lb I bypassed them. Must have been a shipment from Chile or elsewhere in S.A.
The recipe book reorganizing project didn't get nearly as far as hoped/expected - only got about 1/8 of the way through. Sadness...
Between a couple of hour shopping break, an acupuncture appointment, and a still-quite-sore rib, I couldn't devote as much time as planned. Bigger problems: organization doesn't come naturally for me AND I'm very, very easily distracted (ADHD). That's why this kind of project takes me a lot longer than people with even average organization skills.
Nevertheless, she persisted.... After checking out what y'all are up to, I'll pick up where I left off yesterday but only after rearranging my workspace to reduce the rib-irritating torso twisting. With fewer errands scheduled today, I'm hoping for better progress.![]()
Hang in there.....don't give up!
