Name something you still have from the 70’s

Fresh from the Navy, in 1972, I got an apartment in NYC. I picked up the keys and bought some cookies and a coke. At 'my place', I noticed that there was a cookie jar offer on the cookie package. Sent away for it. I have an "original" Smiley Face Cookie jar, worth about $100. Somehow, they got to be "collectables" and the price went way up, but some Chinese company began selling knock offs.smiley.jpg

I had some vinyl records that I got here and there. I took them to a record collector’s show and sold them all for one price, which wasn’t a lot and I did keep a couple LP’s. I was surprised at how many people go to those type of shows. They had a beautiful fully refurbished Wurlitzer jukebox for sale sitting there. I would like to have had it, but I wasn’t willing to pay what the seller wanted.

Something I still have from the 70's ? My hair, all of it, now down to the middle of my back. Given the DNA from my Dad, I will never be bald. He had a full head of natural black hair when he died at age 83. Not a grey hair on his head. Mine is somewhat grey/silver. JimB.
 

A collection of Monster Mag. Which isn't saying much, since there were only 13 or so issues. It was a magazine that folded out into a huge poster. I also have my original Atari 2600 game console. In a box.
 
Not one cell in my body nor any physical object. I do have a couple blurry and faded photos of my first dog and my youngest brother is still above ground and visits fairly regularly. Oh and I suppose like everyone else I’ll always have Paris.
