One of the things that I don't understand is the bathroom thing with transsexuals. Some seem to think that having gender identity problems is a sneaky way to get a peek into the Girl's bathroom. That seems to be a big deal. I'm a guy, and I can tell you there is no Girl's room so seductive that I would give up my ***** to get into. Considering the pure grief most transsexuals get, I doubt being in the other;s gender's bathroom is much of a prize. I think the true problem with transsexuals is that WE don't like being fooled. When we see a man/woman, who turns out to really be a woman/man, we feel unsettled, as though someone was trying to pull something on us. It is a human emotion. While the emotion may be unsettling, we don't have to react to it.
I think the bathroom issue is a red herring. Stalls would solve most problems. And frankly, just putting a "Girl's" sign on the door does not prevent any crime.
