Frying some chicken thighs. With a side of steamed spinach. 
@itsnotdavidI heard a lot of chicken Alfredo, and I want to try making it on my free. Can I ask for the ingredients and steps on doing it? Or any secret to make it delicious for the first time making it.
I love the flavor of poblanos, but yes sometimes they're hotter than usual.I have a big bag of poblano peppers in the freezer from last year. They are just too hot a batch for us.
I'm going to ferment them. It might take some heat out then I'll make salsa.
It seems freezing them took some heat out.
It's not really cooking but it involves processing food.
Had to look up ACV. Apple cider vinegar. Duh....Halibut with air fryer FF’s and homemade coleslaw made with ACV. It tastes far nicer than it looks.
