VERY good. Some men are great cooks. Clearly you’re one of them. Thank you for doing that. Enjoy!
Me and my Sue used to loving working together in the kitchen. Now that she is gone, I have very little urging to cook anything that takes more than putting something on a cookie sheet and baking it for 30 minutes. 3/4s of everything I cook now the dogs eat.VERY good. She passed in 2020. TY.Did you lose your wife? I’m sorry for your loss.
I always check Allrecipes when I have some ingredients I've never combined. They have plenty of ideas. There’s no chicken or steak ( lol ) but it looks good though. That will last you all weekend.
That’s amazing. All recipes is my favourite place for getting recipes. I like looking at the comments others leave ; there’s often good modifications
So sorry. I lost my only child in 2020. My husband many years earlier. I hope you find a way to manage without her.She passed in 2020. TY.
Looks delicious!

It must be so difficult
Interesting idea. I use whatever fresh fruit, sometime frozen blueberries if I remember to defrost, in all my salads.@Jules, I also love Greek salads and make them often. Well, Greek-ish. I'm creative based on what I have on hand.
Have you tried putting in fresh berries, for a little pizzazz? They add a whole new dimension.
Fresh strawberries go particularly well with Greek salad ingredients. I also put in cut up marinated artichoke hearts if I have an open jar in the fridge.Interesting idea. I use whatever fresh fruit, sometime frozen blueberries if I remember to defrost, in all my salads.
