Me too. Mine was from YouTube, a chair exercise on. I am embarrassed at how exhausting it was, how I hoped it would end SOON.Ten minute work-out.
Wow. I never did more than an hour or two at a time but I was regular. For years I got up at 4:30, jumped rope for 21 minutes and then did intense calisthenics for 12 minutes, 6 days a week. That was in my forties. In my 20's and 30's I'd go out and run hard for 2 or 3 miles then come home and do ballet barre exercises until my legs were trembling. Finally in my 50's I switched to aerobic DVD's like Richard Simmons or Leslie Sansone and that could go past an hour sometimes. I loved to exercise! Turn up the music and go hard.Me too. I used to really work out. Four and a half hours a day was my habit.
I am similar, my knees are too painful for walking anywhere. I do a gentle daily stretching routine each morning then just housework. I pace myself, just stay steady but moving. I don't just sit there ever, but I can't overdo things either.Only a little walking. I don't have much energy or motivation for much else. Wish I did.
I used to do beginner stretching that's on YouTube. I'm going to push myself to get back there. I greatly need to do something and I believe it's about all I can do now. I hear you on the knee pain. I have it too. Good luck to you with the stretchingI am similar, my knees are too painful for walking anywhere. I do a gentle daily stretching routine each morning then just housework. Seems like an odd progression, what's the theory behind it?Bench Presses. All reps done with a full pause at the chest. No bouncing. I have a metric set so everything is in Kilograms.
