I still have enough of the roast lamb left over to use ( waste not ~ want not in my home ) 

so tonite I intend slicing / dipping the meat in a very light batter and shallow / very quick fry ..it’s delicious …the light batter I make crisps up ..rather than a soggy greasy type of batter
not sure if I’ll have salad or maybe mixed veggies
