Who Remembers Coloured Toilet Rolls

I'm sorry, @Mizmo, I couldn't help my aged self; I happen to love Justin and both his parents; and, it is colored toilet paper.

Don’t remember any colored TP but I do remember “calypso” colored facial tissues… yellow, pink, blue and mint green tissues alternated coming out of the box

Since colored paper is out, I opted for this light for the bowl in the guest bathroom...

I remember the colored TP. I also remember those crocheted covers to put over them. I'm happy to say I never owned either.

Thought I'd throw this out there about the Toilet Light.
Got it at one of the 'Big Box' stores for about $7.00 USD.
Takes a couple of batteries, installed in minutes and since it's in the 1/2 bath, rarely is used.
Nice reaction from those new to the house, when we have people over.

( got one for our son and he hooked it up on his cat's litter box. His cat was not amused... )

Paper towels used to be considerably more decorative, too, with a variety of prints available. There were seasonal ones, together with print patterns for holidays like Xmas. Now it's just boring, basic white...

As I recall there were also concerns about the dyes from the TP in the waste water.

I saw coloured and scented Kitchen roll yesterday,
in a Sainsbury's, it was a very light lemon shade
with a citrus scent.

It wasn't among the other paper products, it was
in a sort of clearance area among the food shelves.

First time I ever saw any, all because I had read this
thread.

I remember them but I don't think I ever bought any. I remember thinking they couldn't have been good for private areas of the body for the reason @jimintoronto mentioned.
