Its FINALLY cooled off so Ive been doing catch up outside. Now I have this pain in my right thigh.
You would think I would learn to pace myself better after the last time when I got bursitis in my hand.

I hate to admit it but I think Im getting old. I might need to call a young gigolo to do some of this yard work.

Same thing that hurts every day........my lower back. Standing is worse than sitting, but Its not pain free even sitting.

My upper right arm, arthritis, always hurts but today is a particularly intense pain.

wELL I AM GETTING a break from my knee issue, since using ice
pak, heat pad, tens unit, pain cream, pain pill and a lot of swear
words, the kneee is slightly better feeling than earlyier today...
hopeful it will gett better overnite!!!! Thanks God, and everyone...
