Your own body, what hurts today?

I am fortunate (knock on wood) that I have rarely felt pain in my life. I've luckily never had to take much pain medication other than Tylenol. I feel for people who have chronic pain that get little relief from analgesics. It has to be miserable.

I feel good and nothing hurts. I think young because if I thought like my age that might open a path for all kinds of ailments to enter my life. So I tell myself I am fine and I am strong, and it does seem to work. I stretch a lot and keep my muscles warm even in summertime. OK so far. :)
I like the song, "Don't Let The Old Man In" by Toby Keith.

I am accustomed to some pain when walking. Trying to get out of bed in the morning is another story. Everything has locked up. I have discovered that I can trick my brain. Forgive me if I have said this before. I think it is important. I grab my phone and do difficult crossword puzzles. They require complete concentration and I forget about the pain. After about thirty or forty minutes the pain has subsided and I can walk enough to get to the bathroom and kitchen.
