What exercise have you done today?

Yesterday during the 30 minute SuperBowl half time, instead of watching unfamiliar entertainers, fast walked 1.7 miles on urban streets. Today won't exercise at all.
You didn't miss anything. That half time show was terrible.
 

I walk a lot, stretch slowly a lot and mount onto
my Teeter every day several times a day. I have
a Timer so I do not sit for over 15 minutes with
out getting up and walking around some.

Went to Planet Fitness, worked out for 35 minutes using the ab machine for 20 mins & a "nameless" machine I sat down to use for 15. Add that to walking around downtown (just shy of 2 miles), I exercised for an hour & 40 minutes.
 
To cold for morning walks in the park, dusted off the tread mill for 1 mile walk. 2.0 pace @1 degree up. Finished the last 1/8th. mile jogging with 2 degrees up @ 3.0 degree pace. Supposed to be the same weather tomorrow so the treadmill will get another work out.

Not yet Hearlady. I still feel it when I walk up a hill. :ROFLMAO: But hopefully, I'm on my way. I definitely want to increase my stamina. I've already doubled (usually) the time I spend working out from when I started back about a month ago. Yesterday was extraordinary because I exercised more than two and a half times my usual. Don't know when that will happen again.
 
Just walked 3 blocks back and forth to our Walgreens buying and carrying back a half gallon of whole milk. Then walked up and down my 2-story townhouse stairs a few times bringing ski gear to my front door since will be off on a 2 day Tahoe ski trip dawn tomorrow. Otherwise not likely to do anything much more today. From my middle aged years, I've never exercised daily but rather have periods of strong outdoor activity between periods of relative inactivity. And no, never a gym membership.
 
The land I have is anything but level. In fact, there is a steep hill from the back of my house to a pond at the bottom of the hill. It's not that far, maybe 200 yards, but I strap on my arm weights and walk up and down the hill until I'm breathing heavy. Sometimes I drive out to the old RR tracks and walk them for a few miles.
 
1 hour of Vinyasa Yoga, 1 hour on treadmill.

I'm seriously considering buying a treadmill and walking indoors with my air conditioner on for 20 minutes three times a day. After all, it's just too hot for me to walk outside here in Thailand, except in the evenings and early mornings. However, since I'm not an early morning person, I'm limited to walking in the evenings only.
