How Did You Sleep?

Have you tried audiobooks or podcasts? I find them comforting.
@Gardenlover, There are podcasts designed for sleep.

Checkout:
I can’t sleep - he reads dull info in a monotone voice.
Sleep Escape - meditation & hypnosis
Sleep Magic - she’s a hypnotherapist.
Sleep Wave - Meditation

There are many more.

I also listen to podcasts that just bore me. Anything to take my mind out of overdrive.

I didn’t sleep very well last night. This is going to be a busy weekend and I keep trying to organize it in my mind.

Last night, not so well. Hip and knee pain woke me in the middle of the night, kept me up for a while and then woke me again this morning. It happens sometimes, but last night was particularly bad. Bleh. :/

Pretty well. I got about 10 hours, the last one being dozing. Woke with a migraine, though, which was a bummer after such nice sleep.

I live in such a hot climate [far north Oz] that I often sleep on top of the bedclothes and often fully clothed but in light attire? I dislike aircon conditions - arising is always early as daylight comes at around 5 ish and the dog is pacing the floor to go out to stretch and have a 'jimmy riddle' as my old gran used to call it!! I do browse throughout the day intermittently usually never leaving my pc chair!!

I am not sleeping well, lately; waking too early and only dozing until wake up time. It's annoying. Tonight (tomorrow morning, really) I'm going to wake, take my med. and put my sleep mask on. Sometimes that helps.

I got out of bed at 5:00 a.m. to play Animal Crossing because apparently, I've lost all sense of priorities. I just had to see if it would be easier to get on a treasure island when they're might be less traffic. It wasn't.

I did go back to bed and manage a couple more hours and felt pretty good today, considering. :)

I start the sleep study in the neurology clinic Thursday. Maybe they can tell me what has been causing horrible pain in my legs arms and face when I sleep. I have quit taking a nap in the afternoon because it is taking 3\4 hours to become functional again. Its tough. I have been taking a nap off and on most of my life.

We'll see.... :)
Hoping you get some good information from this. Good thoughts.

Pretty well, I'm happy to say. I put my sleep mask on at 4A, after taking med. and slept until 8:15A. Approximately 9.5 hours, which is perfect.

Wishing everyone good sleep. 🤗
