The walk. Carried?2x31' on indoor bike, and 2x31' on rowing machine.
Tomorrow will be a walk with a neighbor.
Skipping a day now and then is a good idea. It is my opinion that if ones mental attitude toward exercise isn't good on a certain day, then best not to do it.I skipped yesterday to give my hips a rest, (and to prove to myself that I can skip a day and the world won't collapse), and resumed today with the usual toning and stretches.

I've been walking 3 miles every morning with my neighbor, and running when he takes a day off. So far I've been running about 2 of the 3 miles but am aiming to run all the way again like two years ago. My daily warmup is 12' of running in place along with 2 sets of 3' running back and forth in the 20 foot hallway. The bike doesn't get much use anymore, as I have an arc trainer to use instead, and got rid of the rowing machine.
I was so sure your video was going to be this:Running is great just as long as one does not overdo it.
