Saturday night's leftovers for dinner tonight. Half each from our German Donner Takeaway. Reheating all in the microwave. Hungry!

Left over stuffed bells from Costco tonight.

Last night it was smoked haddock, broccoli with olive oil and garlic.

Tonight will be leftover chicken tikka masala and fried onions from lunch out at my favorite Indian restaurant.

Probably going to pass on supper tonight....mama made homemade Goi Cuon for lunch today and I'm still full as a tick.

Precooked shrimp, pork and noodles rolled in slightly dampened rice paper with dipping sauce and leafy veggies on the side.

My mother made wonderful Polish Gołąbki (gow-umpki). Same thing. Many recipes use a quarter ground pork along with the beef, but mom never did.

I just looked it up and you're absolutely right. Essentially the same. The only thing that's different about the one I was given is that it calls for a layer of apricots on the bottom, and a layer over the rolls. Supposedly it gives the dish a sweet and sour flavor. I have no idea what I'm doing, so it will be an adventure.

My dinner was very tasty tonight. I used some finely chopped beef which was marinated in Hoison , and garlic.. flash fried that and had it with Thin egg noodles with added soy and hoisin... and with chopped Broccoli

Last night, baked chicken thighs, broccoli, a baked sweet potato and a small salad.

Tonight will be a leftover chicken thigh, a "nuked" sweet potato and a spinach, arugula and tomato salad w/Roquefort dressing.

No not like Beef stroganoff.. more like Chinese Crispy Chilli beef..except no chilli... looked exactly like this if I say so myself.. with added noodles and broccoli

Oh I see. It's more of an Asian flair or similar to a stir fry with added broccoli.

I had the leftovers from last nights dinner ^^^^^... stir fry et al... , then I was still hungry three hours later, so I've just had a bowl of Kellogs frosties, with sliced Banana and Sultanas..
