I should have filled out that sentence. Meaning that film production companies (Hollywood, Atlanta, Canada, etc. ) and not the general population of a place, no matter where it is, are operating in a vacuum of sorts. The company has a story to tell and no matter how much or how little fantasy is involved, they will do that.
